The Meadow Star Mixer Queen Flip requires the purchase of 1 pattern (which is the introduction booklet) plus block designs, sold separately. (scroll down to choose block designs).  

There are 2 distinct block groups: A (diamonds) and B (borders).  You will need 2 of the diamond block packages (they can be different) and 2 of the B border packages which can also be different, depending on your desired design, plus 1 Meadow Star Flip Queen Mixer Introduction Booklet, to complete this design. 

Customize this pattern in the Quilt Planner to view your block designs in a project. 

The pattern (introduction booklet) includes all of the information that is common to any combination of block designs for this pattern including how to find corrections, general pattern information, supply lists and the final assembly steps (which are the same regardless of how you combine the interchanging blocks).

Once you purchase this pattern, you do not need to purchase it again for future designs of the same size, you need only purchase the block options for a new quilt and reuse the pattern instructions to put it together.
