Customize Starbaby with the fabric of your choice to make sure you love the look of your finished quilt before starting your project.  The Starbaby pattern teaches a basic lone star paper piecing process to complete (4) 16" blocks that make a 32" star.  It uses 2-1/2" strips to complete the star and can be completed with or without a border. The border increase the size to 40" square.   The project can be expanded into larger sizes using the Starbaby Mixer Layout.  Also, check out the Goodnight Star (coming December 2020) for a 96" square version of this quilt.  Each pattern includes enough papers to make (2) Starbaby quilts.
