The White Swan Salvia is an 80" square foundation paper pieced pattern designed by Quiltworx.com.  It can be expanded to a 118" square by turning it on point and adding any of the Quiltworx King Size 118" On-Point Expansion borders.  

This layout does just that.  It includes the cente,r, which is turned on point, then allows you to choose a border option of your choice.  The original instructions include expansion information for final assembly, so you simply need to purchase the White Swan Salvia pattern, plus the expansion border of your choice.
