Anemone was designed and pieced by Certified Instructor, Kelly Grant, owner of Cactus Quilting. It was created by combing the Groups from two distinct Mixer Patterns published by Quiltworx.com. The Willow Star Mixer makes up the circular center that sits in the middle of the quilt with a diameter of 62″.  The Sunrise Mixer makes up the 4″ wide ring around the center for  a total increased diameter of 70″.  Then, a border is added to square the quilt off at 80″. Fabric from Batik Textiles were used to make the quilt on the cover. These Mixer patterns incorporate all of the latest techniques from Quiltworx and are assembled in a straight forward approach, by breaking a kaleidoscope into a (4) block layout.
