The Cozy Cabin Comforts pattern is a variation on one of our book designs called Cabin Comforts designed by Certified Shop, Cottonpicker's Quilt Shop located in Chardon, OH.  The updated design allows for quilters to complete only some of the geese and star blocks, which finish to 24", and fill the open spaces with a variety of 24" block options to create something unique and different.  We decided to publish this as a companion pattern since the yardage changed considerably and the number of papers you need to create this version of the quilt is less, making a custom kit more cost effective if we package it with only what you need!  We're looking forward to seeing the variations that everyone creates with this layout and are especially excited about how wonderfully this layout hows off two feature prints in the latest fabric collection by Quiltworx.com, called Seasonal Portraits, including a print of the entrance to the Voerman's Ranch here in Montana and the excellent border fabric Judy created from a neighboring dock on Flathead Lake!
