The Alpine Tracks Border is a foundation paper pieced pattern by Quiltworx.com.  The pattern is intended to work with panels in a variety of sizes.  The most easy panel sizes to use this with are 24", 30", or 36" panels.  However, if your panels are at slightly different dimensions, you can play with the inside square up sashing strips in length and width to make the panels fit.  

If you would like to load your own panel into Quiltster to audition fabrics, you will need to load it on a 44" square background and center it to get it to show up.  You can do this in several ways.  One way would be to use a Cell Phone.  Crop the panel, center it on a blank Square, then load it into quiltster and save it as 44" square.  You can also do it in a photo editor.  Or, send the panel to Quiltster using the Support button and we can load it for you (and for everyone else, too!).  

Additionally, you will need to click on the outside edges of the borders to open the editor.  If you follow these general rules, you will have success planning your panel Quilt!
