Fortune Teller is a foundation paper pieced pattern designed by Quiltworx.com.  This design features a rainbow layout. The cutting instructions have been set up so that you can only use (8) accent fabrics, then your background black and whites.  The Quiltster layout is therefore set up the same way.  

If you would like to make this Quilt larger, you can purchase a King Size Expansion package.  A separate pattern is available called the Fortune Teller King Expansion Layout that you can choose to increase the size.
