Geodes is a dazzling addition to the Fireworks Block Mixer Series from Quiltworx. This design sparkles like its namesake, with intricate paper-piecing and floating points. It was designed using fabrics from Tula Pink's True Colors Collection as featured in the free Quiltworx YouTube tutorial video on the Quiltworx YouTube page.

After the paper piecing is completed, traditional curved piecing is required to assemble the blocks. This quilt is fun to make and easily adapted to using strips and background fabric from your own stash if you like.
