The Sundial is a foundation paper pieced pattern by Quiltworx.  This fun, introductory design is done using a strip piecing method where you strip piece your blocks, then cut them into the shape of your units and sew them back together.  

This layout allows you to add a border that will expand the original 68 inch design to 80 inches, then that layout is turned on-point and you can add an additional border to turn the quilt into 118" square.  You can choose the 281-D border of your choice and a 277-H border of your choice, then purchase the original pattern plus your borders and the associated fabrics.
